We got on the bus at about 8am and drove to the lodge and got there at about 10am. We played some games then got right to the point. We needed to start hiking in hopes of getting to the top of the mountains by the end of the day. We had a snack at a cool group of rocks that looked as if they were made by man, they were shaped in a square. We kept walking and saw a very cool mushroom on a trunk of very tall trees they look as if you could eat a meal on them.
We got to the top of Firescrew and saw an awesome flat summit rock with a 360° view of the awesome surrounding. It was so foggy that you could not see more than 50 feet in front of you. Yet, you knew how much there was to see. As the fog cleared we were hit with beautiful autumn leaves and massive forests. We gather our things and went to the cardigan summit. It was so windy that you could barely stand up straight.
We started our way down the slippery rock with a feeling of happiness knowing that we made it to the top. We got back to the lodge and got back on the bus to head home.
This summary of what happened on day 2 of being at cardigan falls into the movement category because we went from our school to Cardigan Mountain we also moved around the mountain as you can see in the map. we also past multiple streams moving from cardegan to the atlantic ocean.
